Time magazine’s website carries an article today on people’s fears about eating sushi in the wake of the recent revelations of tainted seafood from China. The article quotes me, along with Jeff Nitta, one of the people I write about in my book The Zen of Fish. The article provides some practical tips for how to deal with the situation.
